Paul Levelton
Director, Global Infrastructure and Projects Group
Paul Levelton is a member of KPMG’s North America’s Global Infrastructure and Projects Group. He has a B.Comm. (Finance and Transportation) from the University of British Columbia, a Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Royal Roads University and fifteen years’ experience with KPMG. He is a member of the Canadian Transportation Research Forum and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
Paul has extensive experience working for funding agencies, operators, users and potential developers of both transportation systems. He has conducted numerous assignments in the area of project feasibility, risk management, operations analysis, socio-economic impact assessment, privatization strategy development and PPP procurement. His experience includes: Financing of Vessel Acquisition, Sulphur Export Terminal Financial Assessment, Container Terminal Expansion Strategy, Renegotiation of Coal Terminal Lease, Proposed Lease Terms for a Dry Bulk Terminal
